Watch out...

Operation: RHB (Rock Hard Body) starts tomorrow. In one month, I'll be beach ready...for the beach on the Thames.

Oh, and on another note, Operation: Stop Procrastinating starts next week.

    We should push each other in RHB. Mariss and I are going to Utah for her brother's farewell. She's staying a little longer, and I promised I'd have a 6 pack when she gets back.
