World Premiere..almost

I was walking around downtown after work today, and stumbled upon the world premiere of "The Night at the Museum 2" in Leicester Square. There were packs of people just standing around, so of course I joined them. After maybe 30 min I lost interest and came home. But boy, I almost saw Ben Stiller, Amy Adams, Robin Williams, Owen Wilson, Ricky Gervais, and many other stars coming out after the world premiere. What a great claim to fame I have!

Sidenote: Even though it can be very very cold, it's just turning dusk at 8:30 pm, which means lots of daylight to enjoy the city even after I get out of work :)

  1. hey Shannon - me too! when I was 10, Elvis was walking down a lane at the Seattle Center where he was making a movie, right toward me, surrounded by a huge group. A cop said "kid, better watch out for that crowd" so I moved but then I didn't see Elvis - drat!
